Kimberly

Stuck in habits, patterns, and old belief systems, Kimberly has dedicated her life to creating individual programs for others to break through and start living their best life through yoga, fitness training, meditation, healthier eating, and many other positive, productive techniques that assist in shifting their mindset into setting goals and staying in action with a sustained routine. 

Today Kimberly enjoys going to the gym, working with clients, yoga, and talking about healthier ways of life. She is also very grounded with hobbies such as kayaking, camping, hiking, and being at the beach. During the most productive times, Kimberly has strengths in planning the days and scheduling reflection time alone. Meal prepping and having those sweet treats for her wins; she loves her chocolate. She loves to show people there are healthier substitutions for those delicious desserts we love so much. 

From Michigan, Kimberly loves being near the water, practicing yoga, meditating, or having a relaxing day of self-care. Creating intentions as the sun rises and falls, as the sun cycles, shows us how we should live life. Every day is a new fresh start, and every evening is a reflection. Kimberly takes pride in journaling and allowing her emotions to be on the page, not projected onto others.

Although Kimberly has done some traveling meeting new people, and exploring different cultures. She has places she dreams of visiting, which are the Red Wood National Forest and Zion National Park.
